The project for Hangar 105 is part of the regeneration scheme for the left bank of the Seine in Rouen. The port is being transformed and the city is reappropriating the river. Leisure, sports and cultural activities naturally come to take possession of the reclaimed “natural” landscape.

Hangar 105 is becoming a new destination accessible to all and proposes to create a dialogue with new urban practices. The programme is multi-facetted and opens out onto public space, which it is eager to activate. Architecture energises the link between exterior and interior by creating an open, porous lower stratum and a raised attic roof affording views of the landscape of the Seine.
