Press Visit and Presentation – Passerelle des Arts, Luxembourg
11.25 / Conference
On 21 October 2025, to mark the publication of Passerelle des Arts by Park Books, Marc Mimram and Tatiana Fabeck presented this emblematic project during a press visit rich in exchanges and discoveries.
Designed by Marc Mimram Architecture et Ingénierie and FABECK ARCHITECTES sàrl, the Passerelle des Arts connects the fast-growing Kirchberg district to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg’s Museum of Modern Art (Mudam Luxembourg), crossing through a precious forest.
Its route, composed of curves and counter-curves, fits delicately into the landscape so as to preserve every existing tree and to offer both pedestrians and cyclists a unique experience—a suspended, fluid, contemplative walk at the height of the canopy.
Together with landscape architect Michel Desvigne, president of the bridge competition jury, the event offered an opportunity to revisit the project’s origins and the way it takes shape within the Kirchberg territory, where architecture, engineering, and nature engage in a subtle dialogue.
The day continued with a visit to the Garden of Multilingualism, designed by MICHEL DESVIGNE PAYSAGISTE, to the Court of Justice of the European Union, designed by Dominique Perrault Architecture, and with a lecture by Marc Mimram and Tatiana Fabeck at Mudam, in partnership with LUCA – Luxembourg Center for Architecture.
